Qustodio
Qustodio is an up-to-date, easy-to-use device filter that works on several different operating systems and makes it easy to monitor them all from one spot.
We recomend Qustodio as the app to use for filtering and monitoring your family’s phone usage, but not as the filter on your own personal device.
Qustodio is mainly a filter, but it allows you to block and control apps as well, meaning it could replace some functions of an App Locker.
Qustodio does not have the ability to send accountability reports, although it will send reports to the account holder’s email address. This means it is not the best choice for anyone using it on their own phone, unless the account and password are set up by another person.
It appears that changing settings for the filters does not work in Microsoft Internet Explorere, although the filtering itself works fine. If you have this issue, try using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
